PICKUP
Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Manchester, New Hampshire. The exact pickup address will be provided to successful bidders through the approved invoice/account process. Local pickup only; no shipping.

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
• This is the scheduled pickup window. Alternate pickup times are not guaranteed.
• Bring sufficient help, tools, dollies, boxes, packing materials, blankets, and an appropriately sized vehicle.
• Buyers are responsible for safely removing and loading all purchases. Staff will not be unable to assist with lifting or loading.
• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Photographs and descriptions are part of the listing; inspect them carefully before bidding.
• An 18% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax will be added.
• Items not collected during the scheduled pickup window may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been approved.
