Important Pickup Guidelines:

• ❗ This is a one-day pickup. No alternate pickup dates or times are available.
• 📋 Please follow any appointment or arrival instructions included with your invoice.
• 💪 Buyers must bring sufficient help to move, carry, and load their purchases. Estate Sales by Jesod staff cannot guarantee moving assistance.
• 🚚 Bring an appropriately sized vehicle for furniture, rugs, patio sets, cabinets, and other large purchases.
• 📦 Bring your own boxes, wrapping materials, packing paper, blankets, straps, dollies, hand trucks, and tools.
• 🪛 Buyers are responsible for disassembling and removing their purchases safely without damaging the property.
• 🍷 Please bring adequate packing materials for china, porcelain, glassware, artwork, and other fragile items.
• 🏠 Some purchases may be located on different floors or in areas requiring stairs. Please come prepared.
• 🚫 Items not collected during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
• 👤 Another person may collect your purchases, but they must provide the winning bidder’s full name and any information requested for verification.
• ⚠️ All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please review every photograph and description carefully before bidding.
