✅ Buyers are responsible for disassembly and removal of purchased items.

✅ Estate Sales by Jesod staff may be available to assist with certain heavy items for a fee, but assistance is not guaranteed.

✅ Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be considered abandoned with no refund issued.

✅ Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time.

By bidding in this auction, bidders agree to the following terms:

Registration

• All bidders must register with a valid credit card.
• By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.

Payment

• Payment will be processed automatically using the credit card on file at the conclusion of the auction.
• Any declined cards may result in suspension or termination of bidding privileges.

Buyer’s Premium

• A buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price.

• Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
• Bidders are responsible for determining condition, authenticity, age, completeness, and suitability prior to bidding.

Removal

• Buyers assume all responsibility for removal, transportation, and loading of purchased items.
• Estate Sales by Jesod is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring during removal.

Abandoned Items

• Items not picked up during the designated pickup period will be considered abandoned.
• No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Auction Closing

• This auction utilizes a soft-close format.
• Lots receiving bids near closing may have additional time added to allow continued bidding.

Final Sales

• All sales are final.
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds unless otherwise authorized by Estate Sales by Jesod.
